Request for Quote Form

Please Note: The above Request for Quote form is the fastest and most complete way to submit data to Koflo to request a quote for a static mixer. This form asks for all of the information necessary for our sales department, and the data from the form is imported directly into our sizing/quote program. This program allows for a very quick turnaround time from the time of submission to the time you will receive your quote.
A properly completed Data Sheet will be responded to in as little as a few minutes to 4 hours.

Unfortunately, inquiries by customers' forms or by telephone usually have incomplete data, therefore requiring multiple emails or phone calls to get the complete data. The request for quote form was designed to eliminate this very slow and cumbersome process, and our sales staff responds to all Koflo data sheet inquiries first.

Some considerations when filling out the form:

Flowrate- Normal is for a constant flow, meaning the flow is either zero or at this given flow. If the flow is variable, please fill in the minimum and maximum flowrates (Zero is not a minimum flowrate). The minimum flow determines the number of mixing elements required for proper blending, and the maximum flow will determine what the maximum pressure loss will be through the mixer. The easiest mixer to design for is with a single given flow, and the larger the turndown ratio between min./max., the more mixing elements and pressure loss required.

Max. Allowable Pressure Loss-We have multiple styles of mixing elements available and can usually accommodate a pressure loss constraint.

Pipe Diameter-This sounds simple, but we want to know your preferred line size, based upon your current or proposed system. We are offering a very short pipe spool in what is usually a very long pipe run, and it is counterproductive/time consuming to offer a mixer that is not compatible with the proposed piping. We can usually accommodate a line size up or down by changing the number or style of mixing elements.

Materials of Construction-The form has dropdown menus, and we prefer the customer pick the material of construction for the mixer. Quite often the customer wants to leave this blank for Koflo to determine. Unfortunately, we do not want to offer a PVC mixer if you have a ductile iron line, or vice versa. Also, due to the infinite variability of concentrations of chemicals being mixed by our customers, the customer knows more about what material will withstand "their" particular product than we will.

Comments-If you have a specific request or comment, please insert it here. Also, our units of measure on the form are U.S. standard, but if your flow is m3/hr., SCFM, bbls./hr., or whatever, please let us know here and we can correct for it with the sizing/quote program.

We thank you and look forward to working with you.
