PPT series mixers are an economical solution for in-line mixing. Ideal for mixing applications involving short-life fluids such as adhesives, epoxies, or coatings, PPT series mixers feature helical-style mixing elements which allow for pressure drop efficient mixing of low, medium, and high viscosity fluids across all flow regimes. Chemically resistant polyacetal elements and polypropylene tubing resist many chemical solutions. With multiple element configurations available in each size, there is a PPT series mixer for nearly all small-scale disposable processes.

PPT Series mixers are available in both plain end and brass NPT threaded end configurations. Adapt plain end mixers to your process using standard, commercially-available tube compression fittings (not included).

Temperature De-Rating
Operating pressures de-rate based on service temperature. Multiply the maximum operating pressure for your model by the correction factor in the following table to determine the maximum working pressure at your process temperature.
